- Angelina Ballerina™ name tags and star stickers- one for each friend
- Angelina Ballerina™ coloring book- one for each friend
- Angelina Ballerina™ ears for the Birthday girl!
- All set-up and clean-up
- All paper goods (table clothes, cups, plates, etc…)
